Residential Provider Specialist

Position Purpose:
Ensure the quality of services of the children and families served at LifeShare. Responsible for the recruitment of potential home care providers, licensing and re-licensing of quality foster homes that fit demographic needs, and overall quality assurance and operations of all currently licensed foster care homes.
Serve as the regional liaison to agencies and funding sources relative to Residential Programs and Case Management
Responsible for the ongoing recruitment of foster care providers
Facilitate orientation sessions for prospective foster care providers
Oversee licensing all prospective and existing foster care providers
Conduct frequent visits and complete local compliance reviews for families to ensure compliance with licensing standards
Ensure all foster families are trained in required pre-service training
Ensure home visits are conducted by the assigned clinicians for foster care programs
Serve as the liaison to placement coordinators in regards to children in need of home placement
Submit incident reports to funding source agencies
Attend on-site reviews and complete funding source audits
Provide on-going service monitoring, crisis intervention, assessment and advocacy to all LifeShare Residential Individuals

Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field. 2 years of experience in human services or child welfare programs.
Licenses/Certifications:
Child welfare certified professional or enrolled in a child welfare certification course within 90 days of hire. Certification must be obtained within one year from the date of hire.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
