Summary
: The Fixed Route Vehicle Operator is responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle. The primary objective of the Fixed Route Vehicle Operator is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation.
Vehicles:
Commercial Cut-a-ways, 40ft & 45 ft transit Buses
Pay rate:
$11.50/hr during training and first 90 Days
Pay increase to $12.00/hr after 90 days
Hours/Schedule:
Full Time 40 hours/week:
Qualifications:
CDL Class B with passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction
Must adhere to Corporate Minimum Hiring Standards
Must complete Background Check, MVR Review and Drug Screen
Training:
Next training class begins 9/9/2013
Paid training at $11.50/hour
Training lasts 1-1.5 weeks with classroom, closed course and behind-the-wheel training
