We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team.
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments within the hotel and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage - Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests - Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue - Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met - Oversee the hiring, training, and development of hotel staff - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, maintenance protocols, and food and beverage operations - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional problem-solving abilities - Proficient in budgeting and financial management - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette - Experience with night audit procedures is a plus - Multilingual skills are highly desirable If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for hospitality and possess the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for the position of Hotel Manager.
