This role will require cross functionality for use of multiple machines and tools, problem solving capability and knowledge of preventative maintenance.
90% Maintaining/running process equipment 5% Administrative 5% Preventative maintenance Key Responsibilities Operating and maintaining 3D print equipment, thermoforming equipment, CNC equipment, trim and/or finishing equipment; troubleshooting, diagnostic and failure analysis using appropriate equipment and tooling.
95% Document device history, service recommendations and daily maintenance.
5% Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Work Experience 1 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Preferred Education High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions.
Ability to manage ongoing projects effectively and deliver on-time.
Intermediate computer skills, basic math and logic skills.
Clear and effective communication skills via email, telephone and video conferencing.
Travel/Physical Demands Travel - Not typically required Position typically works in or around a manufacturing environment.
May be exposed to higher levels of noise.
While performing duties of this job, employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time; use hand to finger, operate manual or automated machinery; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch or lift upwards of 50 pounds.
Position requires use of ear and/or eye protection while using equipment or machinery.
