Auxiliary Technology Specialist I

As the customer service representative, you will post charges and payments for Banner and Touchnet in a timely manner and process cardholder accounts and meal plan management in Atrium.
You will be expected to produce ID cards, participate in student orientation, process parking decal requests in TiceTrak, and process reports for activity readers for campus events.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining department email and telephone support.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma Minimum of three years in customer service Exceptional communication skills and Microsoft Office Suite literacy Certificates, licenses, and registrations:
Valid driver's license Work Hours:
The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:
30 a.
m.
to 5:
30 p.
m.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
