Summary Will be working in an outdoors environment, on a loading dock.
Operate a mechanical Band Saw/Pallet Dismantler to cut/remove damaged lumber as needed in the refurbishing of wood pallets, as well as perform basic adjustment to machine to include changing saw blades, table adjustments.
Must be able to follow company safety requirements to ensure a safe and productive work environment, and keep band saw and area clean of all debris.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality Observance of all safety rules and regulations Ability to communicate effectively Willing to work overtime as needed Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
