Position Overview:
The General Manager serves as a member of the Corporate Environments (CE) senior leadership teamThis individual will oversee and manage all aspects of sales and operations for the Savannah officeResponsibilities include but not limited to maintaining contact with key customers and other industry influencers that will help further the interest of the business to ensure that our products and services continue to provide differentiated advantages to the marketplaceThis individual will recruit/coach/mentor members and oversee daily operationsThe GM will collaborate with the President regarding P&L responsibility for the office that includes developing the budget along with managing the sales forecasts and performance to achieve business objectives.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of day-to-day operationsEnsure efficient and cost-effective management of resources and processesDevelop and manage budgets, financial forecast, and financial reportingMonitor and control expenses, ensure profitability and financial stabilityDevelop and implement the dealership's strategic business plans and objectivesRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, including sales representatives, support staff, and administrative personnel.
Actively network with representatives from end users, design, construction, and real estate firms in order to generate new business and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunitiesDevelop account strategies, measurable long-term plans to penetrate these accounts, including an understanding of client and market factorsParticipate in pricing the proposed solution/service and assist with client presentationsMaintain a strong customer-focused culture throughout the organizationProvide timely assessment of projects and sales forecasts; ensure critical issues are communicated and resolvedOther management duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
College degree required (e.

years of industry related experience, with understanding of manufacturers and productsMinimum of seven (7) years of hands-on supervisory/management experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent presentation skills and a proven ability to secure salesProactive individual who has demonstrated experience creating, building, and growing teamsPrior experience in developing and managing a budgetDemonstrated financial acumen and budget management experienceSelf-motivated individual with ability to work independently and as part of a management teamMust be able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with a sense of urgencyMust have ability to think creatively with a customer service focusProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
