These routes entail residential and commercial package deliveries that will be guided by a manifest or scanner.
DRIVERS WILL NEED THEIR OWN SPRINTER OR CARGO VAN.
Active authority is needed, whether that is via MC or DOT number.
Flexible schedule supported with the ability to make more money based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations - Load packages into the van and deliver them based on a manifest or scanner - Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries - Verify the accuracy of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures or documentation - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Prior experience in route driving or delivery preferred - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
