Summary:
The Warehouse Floor Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with managing all incoming and outgoing shipments for the company.
This position requires being knowledgeable in all departments within the warehouse.
Additionally, this position requires cross functional collaboration to ensure proper receiving and delivery of all products.
Essential Functions:
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager Consistently working on the floor with the teams to ensure all operations are being completed properly Major daily focus on picking and shipping due to volume to ensure that all shipments are completed timely Frequent check ins with department leads to ensure that everything is running smoothly and assists with greatest bottleneck of the day Train all new warehouse associates Communicate temporary staffing agency needs to warehouse manager as needed Enforce company policies and standards with associates Maintain associate's workplace safety and health regulations Ensure products are stored in an organized manner upon receiving Ensure accessibility to all products being stored in the warehouse Ensure products are being stored in appropriate sections upon receiving Ensure products are being received and scanned correctly and in a timely manner Ensure teams are following all company workflows and systems set up to keep to goals Ensure proper protocols are followed for shipping and receiving staff to ensure product is not damaged Maintain all machines in warehouse to ensure seamless operations - have a monthly/weekly/yearly preventative maintenance schedule Address logistical issues and respond appropriately Communicate with the order processing team for any issues that will delay shipments All other duties as assigned Non-

Qualifications:
Experience in the Kitchen/Bathroom industry a strong plus! Ability to work on Sunday's as needed.
