The Maintenance Technician will maintain the mechanical and electrical car wash equipment in an assigned regionOur candidate will perform general preventive maintenance on all car wash components, repair, troubleshoot faulty equipment, and document site visits per LUV Car Wash policyReports to :
Director of Facilities Maintenance FLSA Status :
Non- Exempt Physical Demands :
Lift 25/50/80 pounds regularlyMove safely over uneven terrain or in confined spacesSee clearly and respond to dangerous situationsSafely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more Work in extreme weatherWork in a wet environment and wear PPE correctly throughout the dayEssential Functions :
Maintain the mechanical and electrical systems at approximately 3-5 car washes in an assigned regionPerform weekly, monthly, and annual scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical components in car wash systemsTroubleshoot faulty equipment and make necessary repairs to normal operationOrdering necessary replacement parts and keeping stock of necessary spare parts on hand to reduce Carwash downtimeScheduling projects/repairs in coordination with the Regional Facilities and District Manager of the regionInstall and/or assist with installation of new carwash components as neededAddress and repair emergency breakdowns in a timely mannerAdhere to OSHA guidance and safety protocolsLOTO compliance proceduresJob holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job positionEvery employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee websitePI225660451 Recommended Skills Assembling Machinery Hydraulics Preventive Maintenance Installations (Manual/Mechanical) Test Equipment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
