Maintenance Technician

You will perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance when required.
To do well in this role you should have previous experience or knowledge in customer service, mobile home repair, general knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs and be skilled with various hand and power tools.
Reports to:
Maintenance Manager Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform minor building, plumbing, irrigation, electrical and painting repairs as necessary Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance.
This includes trash pick-up, moving and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning Follow and uphold preventative maintenance metrics and daily check list Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Complete inspections of offices and units Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Perform other maintenance duties as requested Education & Experience Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers and small hand tools Effective written and oral communication skills Able to work well with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures Valid driver's license required Must complete background check On call duties from time to time Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work hands-on with long periods of walking and/or standing Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
