The ideal candidate will have the following:
-2 to 4 years of experience in the maintenance / repair of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing in multi-family or commercial developments -Able to work overtime and emergency call in -Reliable vehicle to travel to various sites and tools to complete maintenance task.
-Ability to use computer software to manage service requests - Able to pass background and drug test screening Additional job duties:
-Check and report condition of vacant units -Ensure that all make ready-ready repairs and service request are completed correctly and on schedule.
-Perform any additional duties assigned by property manager Job Type:
