The Project Engineering and Engineering Operations Directorate is looking for a well-qualified individual who will be responsible for tasks related to the design, development and deployment of custom Project Server/SharePoint software solutions. Solutions will be used to support the efficient and effective management of Gulfstream Engineering projects. The successful candidate writes code, understands/influences/enforces coding standards and best practices, works with version control processes, writes and executes PL/SQL scripts, performs application and feature design and re-factoring, and troubleshooting of complex software problems. Assists in maintaining existing SharePoint/Project Server applications, add-ons, modifications and applications, and will perform custom software development activities. Must be able to self-manage assignments - articulate own deliverables, and develop and communicate a project schedule for own deliverables Required 10 years relevant software development experience Microsoft Project Server 2010/13; B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent related experience Windows SharePoint Services/Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010/13; Windows Server and Active Directory 2008; SQL Server 2008 R2/2012; Complex workflow experience using Visual Studio; Solid ASP.NET, ECMA/JS, HTML5, C# skills Write and understand complex SQL queries against SQL Server databases; Refactor SQL and stored procedures to enable reuse and improve robustness; Proven ability to create solutions from concept to implementation developing in object oriented languages; Preferred Building, adding, updating search and content crawls; Team Foundation Server (TFS); Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) on SharePoint or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification Helpful UI experience - Layout, Design, Workflows; Reporting - BI, SQL Report Builder, PerformancePoint, PowerPivot; data warehousing concepts; Agile/SCRUM methodology
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering, a related curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. See Other Requirements in Job Description.10 yrs in the specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad engineering experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors, or 8 yrs in the specific technical discipline with Masters, or 6 yrs in the specific technical discipline with PhD.

Guides successful completion of major engineering programs, or conceives research in areas of considerable scope and complexity supporting the development and production of Gulfstream products and services
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1. Selects appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to resolve complex engineering issues 2. Is consulted extensively by associates and others as a recognized authority within the field 3. Anticipates and resolves complex issues in creative and effective ways, developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities 4. Approach to problem solving balances technical product, cost and schedule 5. Works without appreciable direction; work is reviewed from a long-range perspective for desired results 6. Exercises latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments, and makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative
Additional Functions: 1. Maintains a current knowledge of developments in the field of specialty and/or other related aircraft fields in order to recommend innovations to improve quality and effectiveness of company product 2. Performs other duties as assigned

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
