Privately owned, billion dollar, US based manufacturing company expanding and looking for part time/full time Customer Relations Specialists with upbeat personalities to cover Southwest Georgia. Must have the ability to telecommute requiring a home office with computer and phone.
Position Duties &
Responsibilities:
Educating public on company products and services (no selling)
Assisting with advertising and marketing campaigns
Setting up client accounts and assisting with company promotions
Phone and internet involvement with team and potential clients/customers
Qualifications:
Reliable self starter
Basic computer skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Friendly personality and phone presence
Good time management skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Coachable and trainable
Leadership skills helpful
Position Requirements:
Calling capabilities preferably with 3 way calling capabilities
Reliable computer with internet access
