Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in graphic design or related discipline.Three to five years experience in related field, preferably working directly with clients and vendors. Position Purpose:
Uses computer graphic systems and creativity to develop print collateral, advertising, packaging, logos, branding, direct mail, trade show support, presentations, premium items/pop art and new creative for sales campaigns and trade shows for corporate use. Consistently applies branding to all artwork. Mid-level position.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions: 1.Supports Marketing Management by providing information and technical expertise to all departments, vendors and partners with service requests. 2.Designs, quotes and acquires approvals for production. Submits files for production and follows up with customer post-delivery. 3.Responsible for accurate use of digital assets (photography/logos/fine art, etc.) in coordination with Marketing Management. document design and layout to all other Gulfstream departments/sites requiring guidance/assistance in producing quality documents, while complying with corporate brand/image requirements. accurate printing estimates to customers and explains any items contained therein if needed. accurate and complete printing instructions to Printers. 7.Shares technical advice, resources and ideas. Works closely with any contracted Advertising or Printing contractor or employee of Gulfstream regarding design function and format, corporate brand image, printing requirements, techniques, paper options, etc. 8.Designs and produces digital documents for large format printing (signs, banners, etc.) on various media. applies brand standards to all designs/artwork.
Additional Functions: 1.May provide recommendations for capital expenditure assets with regard to graphics, equipment, hardware and software. 2.May work directly with in-house clients/customers. 3.Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements: 1.Experience working in a deadline-driven atmosphere. ability to consistently apply brand to all designs.
